The New Year!

So I haven't really had either the time or energy to post, i find that im barly on the computer now, Hey thats not a bad thing but it means i dont have time to post, i'm trying to set up my phone so that im able to post on there, but its a new phone and i dont know how to use it just yet. New years resalustions or as i call them my new goals for life, i have set a couple and they are

  • Work out atleast 5x a week
  • NO more sugar free Junk
  • Wake up at 7 am
  • Run 2kms every morning
  • Drink atleast 64oz of water
  • No more fast carbs
  • Do 2 hours of homework a night
Now a few of the points im gonna explain a bit more the No more sugar free junk is because i found myself snacking on sugar free candies, cookies, and chocolates and i felt that i was cheating myself. No more fast carbs because i was buying pretzel thins and eating them rather then my protien.  My goals are going pretty good so far i need to work more on the exersize parts of my goals but everything else is doing awesome.
