Snack- 3 Meatballs with pasta sauce
                 2 pickles
Lunch- 1/4 cup of Specail K

Snack- 2 Ham Rolls
               1 Cup of V8

Dinner- 2 oz of baked chicken breast
                  1/2 cup of ceaser salad

Snack- 1 Banana
