Lunch-Protien Shake 
  • 1 scoop of protien 35grams protien,
  • 2 scoops of peanut butter 8grams of protien
  • 8oz of milk 8 grams of protien 
  • 1 Banana
  • total of 51 grams of protien

Snack-  1 Can of V8
                                

Dinner-  1/2 a spicy Thai Chicken Pita
