Breakfast-   2 Egg whites
                         1/4 cup of mushrooms and onion
                          1 tbsp of shedded cheese
                         1 SF yogart cup
                            1 scoop of protien
                            2 TBSP of SF granola

Snack-  1 SF yogurt cup
                 2 tbsp of SF Granola
                  1 scoop of unflavored protien
              1/3 cup of cabbage
 
Lunch-  2 Ham rolls ( 2 slices of lean ham with herb and garlic laughing cow cheese)
                    1 banana
                  1 yogart with 1tbsp of granola and 1 scoop of protien 

Snack-  V8 with 1 scoop of protien
                   1 Banana
                                
Dinner-  2oz of chicken
                     1/4 cup of rice
                      1/4 Ceacer salad
                       1/3 mushrooms

Snack- 1 yogart with 1 tbsp of granola and 1 scoop of protien
                 2 manderian oranges
