Lunch- 2 Ham rolls ( 2 slices of lean ham with herb and garlic laughing cow cheese)

Snack- V8 with 1 scoop of protien
1 Banana
1 Banana
Dinner- 2oz of chicken
1/4 cup of rice
1/4 Ceacer salad
1/3 mushrooms
Snack- 1 yogart with 1 tbsp of granola and 1 scoop of protien2 manderian oranges
