Breakfast-  1 whole wheat flax wrap 
                             2oz of ground beef with taco seasoning 
                              1 tbsp of salsa 
                              1/4 cup of head lettuce 
                              2 tbsp of shereded cheese

Snack- 
 
Lunch- Protien Shake 
  • 1 scoop of protien 35grams protien,
  • 2 scoops of peanut butter 8grams of protien
  • 8oz of milk 8 grams of protien 
  • total of 51 grams of protien

Snack-  1 Can of V8
                                

Dinner-  2oz of Chicken, 1/4 stuffing, 1/4 ceacer salad
