Snack-
Lunch- Protien Shake

- 2 scoops of peanut butter 8grams of protien
- 8oz of milk 8 grams of protien
- total of 51 grams of protien
Snack- 1 Can of V8
Dinner- 2oz of Chicken, 1/4 stuffing, 1/4 ceacer salad
