Breakfast-   Protien Shake 
  • 1 scoop of protien 35grams protien,
  • 2 scoops of peanut butter 8grams of protien
  • 8oz of milk 8 grams of protien 
  • 1 Banana
  • total of 51 grams of protien
 
Snack- 8 oz of Cheese
               10 Pretzel thins
 
Lunch- 1 Orange
                 2 ham Rolls ( 2 slices of ham with herb and garlic laughing cow cheese)

Snack-  1 Can of V8
                 1 Orange
               

Dinner-   2oz of Pork chop
                   1/3 cup cheese pasta
                    1/4 cup of Broccoli

Snack-  Banana
