Breakfast-
Snack- 2 Sugar free cookies
Lunch- 3oz of beef teryiki and 1 shitaki hand roll
Snack- 1 Can of V8
Dinner- 1 slice of pizza
Snack- Small handful of Smartfood popcornToday I was really bad and didnt eat good things or even enough things i do realize that it was a really bad day for me not making any excues what so ever it was my choice to put the food in my mouth.
