(Bagel cut in half and then one of the 4 peices)
Snack- 1/4 cup of Broccoli and cheese sauce
1/4 cup of crutons

Lunch-Protien Shake
- 1 scoop of protien 35grams protien,
- 2 scoops of peanut bu tter 8grams of protien
- 8oz of milk 8 grams of protien
- 1 Banana
- total of 51 grams of protien
Snack- 1 Can of V8
1 Orange
Dinner- Spicy Thai Chicken Pita whole thing took me a good hour and a half
Snack- 3 Murphys sugar free fudge covered mint cookies
