Breakfast-   1 1/4 of everything bagel with 1 tbsp of herb and garlic cream cheese
                       (Bagel cut in half and then one of the 4 peices)
Snack-  1/4 cup of Broccoli and cheese sauce
                 1/4 cup of crutons  
 
Lunch-Protien Shake 
  • 1 scoop of protien 35grams protien,
  • 2 scoops of peanut bu tter 8grams of protien
  • 8oz of milk 8 grams of protien 
  • 1 Banana
  • total of 51 grams of protien

Snack-  1 Can of V8
                 1 Orange
               

Dinner-  Spicy Thai Chicken Pita whole thing took me a good hour and a half

Snack-   3 Murphys sugar free fudge covered mint cookies
