So todays weigh in is 227 so i have lost 2 pounds i find myself fluctuating between 230 and 228 so im glad to be outa that rut today. I have also lost 2 inchs 1 inch on my chest and 1 inch on my hips. I have been really bad not eating enough of the right things so i have got out my papers and books from the begining on my process and going back to the basics.

Breakfast-   2 Egg whites
                         1/4 cup of mushrooms and onion
                          1 tbsp of shedded cheese
                         4 Pretzel thins

Snack-  1 SF yogurt cup
                 2 tbsp of SF Granola
                  1 scoop of unflavored protien
 
Lunch-  2 Ham rolls ( 2 slices of lean ham with 1oz of mozzerella cheese)
                  3 Melba toasts
                  1 yogart with 1tbsp of granola and 1 scoop of protien 

Snack-  V8 with 1 scoop of protien
                   1 Orange
                                
Dinner-   French Onion soup
                    2 Pickles

Snack- 1 yogart with 1 tbsp of granola and 1 scoop of protien
                 3 SF cookies
